WELCOME!

My passion for being an artist has connected me with so many like-minded individuals who appreciate mother nature’s and community. After losing a close friend to gun violence, art became my therapy, and now I create to inspire hope, healing, and connection. Thank you for visiting my website.

About the Artist

"Zion Rozier is an accomplished artist whose work has been featured at prestigious venues and events, including Beaux Art Festival, Miami International Airport, Coconut Grove Art Festival, Pinecrest Gardens, and the Boca Raton Museum Festival. After experiencing the loss of a close friend to gun violence, they turned to art as a path to healing and purpose. Their creations explore resilience, connection, and hope, resonating deeply with communities."

I’ve always been drawn to art…

As the oldest growing up, I often felt alone, with no guide to show me the way. Drawing became my escape—my way of figuring out the world. I’ve been creating non-stop since I could hold a pencil. Even then, I dreamed of becoming an artist, and now the younger me would be overjoyed to see us painting for a living.

Nature was an Escape...

After losing a close friend to gun violence, art became my lifeline. It gave me a way to process my pain and transform it into something meaningful.

People is my passion

Today, I create to inspire others, sharing the healing power of art and the resilience that grows from it.

Honored to be the featured artist for Black History Month on @nbc6. Grateful to share my story and my art with the city that raised me. From painting in my room to telling my truth on the news this is what purpose looks like.

  • Best In Drawing At Pinecrest Gardens 2024

Honored to receive the Best in Drawing 2D award at Pinecrest Gardens 2024 during only my second art show in South Florida. Moments like this reaffirm my dedication to creating pieces that resonate deeply with collectors and art enthusiasts alike.

  • Speaking At The Perez Art Museum

Full circle moment: I had the incredible opportunity to speak at the Pérez Art Museum Miami for a scholarship program called Fund4Art Design. This program awarded me my very first scholarship, and now I get to inspire the next generation of creatives. Grateful for the chance to give back where it all began!

Receiving the Sankofa Inspirational Award in 2024 was a profound honor, celebrating my art’s impact in inspiring hope and resilience. It affirmed my purpose to uplift others through creativity.
